At Calpak we want you to know what data you share with us and what we do with it. This text explains in simple words but clearly what data we collect and how we use it. Its purpose is to help you decide what data you want to share with us.

When you fill in your information in the expression of interest form for the purchase of a Calpak product or in the expression of interest form for performing a technical autopsy or in the expression of interest form for the maintenance of your solar water heater, you share with us your name, your email, your phone number and the area of ​​your residence.

We use your email sparingly for the infrequent sending of informative newsletters, when we want to communicate with you about something we think is of interest to you.

When a clear demand for an offer of a Calpak product from the Calpak range results from the completion of the corresponding form, then we forward your details to the official Calpak distributor in your area in order to submit the corresponding offer for the sale and installation of the solar system suitable for you, given that the of our company does not handle retail sales directly, except through its network of official partners (Calpak Premium Partners & Calpak Dealers).

Our official distributors, Calpak Premium Partners and Calpak Dealers, to whom we promote private demand for our products, are contracted with us and committed to the correct use of your personal data. They will contact you only for the matter in which you expressed interest (purchase, maintenance or technical autopsy) and for no other reason. If you wish, you can request deletion of your account from our newsletter mailing list by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button located at the bottom of every e-mail we send.
